Can i use the To Do List tab as a checklist for office use not in connection with accounts but as a link between users to organize office tasks, deadlines etc?

Yes. You can create tasks without linking it to an account.

when its not linked to an account, than if press "Go To" (can happen by mistake if i'm used to it) the system says "Run-time error" and the app is closing

i noticed that now i am able to set a tast for "everyone"

Can i set for multiple users but not everyone?
