why dont i find the new day camp period in the dropdown when entering an applicant?

if you're working with primary periods, Double check if you selected the company for the period in Administration > Period > Period, click on the period and then on the right set defaults,

if you're working with program classes the new period needs to be added  by program periods Programs > Periods > Period enter the new period and log out/in.

i am working with program classes.

i would like to add the new period. when you say the period needs to be added to programs, do you mean in administration by the drop down?

i have programs there and thats where i entered the applicant program. But where do i find the option to enter periods?

The shortcut to the program screen is F8, you can also find it in main menu by clicking on the drop-down of reports
