Account Notes - exclude a category

is there a way to see by an account more than 1 category of notes, but not all,

in other words instead of choosing a category, i would like to exclude a category.

i would like to ask for such a feature,

so, for example if i make many notes on an account about tuition (each time what he answered), the other user wanna see all notes, except the tuition notes.
