Can you work on an option to have the parents call in to an automated system (something like the GPS Trans. System) to hear the status or what they are missing for their reg. (for ex. Contract/Bal$$/MC from)?

Yes. But if you change stuff on the system or add new prompt s we charge by the hour. There is also a small yearly fee for the phone lines.
