Can I create a student flag just for one or two classes?

i want to flag the students who brought back the Bar Mitzvah Form.

We only sent those forms to Kitah's Ches and Tes.

i would like to create a student flag called Bar Mitzvah Form and post it to children who will be in Kitah Ches or Tes.

i spoke to one of the technicians who explained that the student flag will go to all and when i run reports, i should query only the classes i want.

The flag creation is only an option to add the flags to students. You will only flag the people that have it returned. If you meant how will you know who did not return then you will need to query those two classes and see that it was not checked.
