view check images on payments tab

Hi;

We just purchased a Digital check CX30 Check scanner to start saving an image of checks to each payment. It seems that for some reason we cannot view an image when looking at a payment on an account. Its only in the deposit that we can see all the payment images.

Kindly advise as the tutorial that we based the decision to purchase and implement this showed the ability to view it on the account side as well.

You need to check off the option in the deposit screen.
