Refresh Drop down by Aliyos tab

Question

Please add an option in fundraising by entries by the tab Aliyos "Refresh Dropdown" the same as u have by mass payments.

It uses the same Drop Down. You can just press the Refresh Dropdown from the Mass Payments tab.
