NYC Flu vaccination mandate

Question

The new rules go into effect at the end of this month. All children under the age of 5 must get the Influenza vaccines.

How do we enter into the JL system the dates of the flu shot and backup forms?

Under the Immunization Type Influenza

I do  not have influenza in my list.

In administration under the admin tab there is a type in the dropdown on the right "Immunizations" add Influenza on the bottom and go of the line. DO NOT SELECT ADD! Log off and then when you log back on it would be on the left side in the medical tab.
