Not able to apply unapplied payment to open balance.

Would you please look at our account #10710.  There is an unapplied payment in the same amount as a balance showing on the payment screen.  When I try to apply the payment, though, this open balance isn't available.

In the future use the Category Support Requests Private for question that are not general support questions.

Most likely you have a charge type entered in the payment. If there is a charge type entered it can only apply to charges in that group.

Or if you selected a student in the payment you can only apply to charges that have that student.
