GPS Phone line not working

Our GPS works ok but  the phone line 917-504-8548 gives a busy signal when calling

We finally switched carriers now after our carrier from the last 3 years started having issues the last two months. The  number was in middle of porting.

All our numbers are now switched to a new carrier.
