Let's say you have a report showing all absentees for a student and you would like to email it to all parents or students, but you want each parent or student to get their own records only.
Create the report where it shows all the records. Click on the reports menu and choose mass email. Use All Emails to email to parents, students email for students or the other options to email to the selected email in the alerts tab in accounts.
Please test one account before sending all to confirm that the reports are filtering correctly. If you get an error message do not attempt to continue. Call support.
