It is available in the Fundraising. In Query tab on the right side under the End Group button, there is a drop down where you can select Grandfather or Uncles. Then you can select Maternal or Paternal for the accounts linked to this account that is linked to the account you select.

Sure, for report you will have to call in to get, there is multiple styles available. For example something like below. To query the great grandparents go to query and choose the grandfather from the dropdown above the kuriv type.
