How can we run mass immunizations for applicants only?

We now added the ability to view the missing medical info by the student without the student having a current period.

If the student has any other period it will use that period. If no period is entered it will use a period for classes.

 

If its not using the current period a message box will popup with the period it is using.

We need to make sure you understand that this doesn't reflect his current immunization status. If you want to look a bunch of accounts based on next years period, select the period in all info.

Can you put just a note next to the shots from which period it is using without the popup?

Then most people will not look there. Why don't you change the period by all info?

If a person wants to review the shots, they will see it by the note (above or by the side of the shots). I cant keep on changing the period by all info because  we are having children that are enrolled  in school (period 5779) and some of them from the same family are also in camp (period summer 5779) and i wanna review something by their family then when i go in each child keeps on pooping up the massage.

It should only popup if you are by the immunization tab. Move away from that tab.
