In Administration>Lists>Name Match to see and edit all names the Hebrew against the English, it would be a help if i can see at each row the Count of how many times the it finds in the system this occurrence, because many times it's easier to decide which is the right spelling based on what is the spelling that is most used during the years.
By the way, i don't know if it's easy to make such thing, but it may be a great idea that to help for many users that when entering a Hebrew name (last or first) for an account, then when entering the English name it should come out a drop-down where you can see the options of English names (with count) that the system finds from other accounts for this Hebrew name. and the same is vice versa, when entering English name, there should be a drop-down of all Hebrew names there is already in the system for this English name.
