We had a user logged onto a backup file for 2 days.

can you prevent this type of error by requesting an admin user login and warning box  with password for logins not to the default drive? (default drive can be entered by school info on the admin tab...)

Backup files shouldn't be accessible to users. Keep it in a non shared directory.
