Is there a way to track the method that a particular donation was solicited? For example, for our dinner campaign, we have donations that are solicited by mailings, email blasts, phone calls, and face-to-face solicitations. How can we track that?

How do I track "cultivation steps" in a donor relationship? For example, if I want to make notations for every time I call, email, meet etc., I would want to track date and time, type of communication, notes field for details, and place to list next steps or follow-up.
