JL on server

Question

We work with the program on a server and when clicking by administration the school info tab (which we need to access to update the label printer to the current redirected number) its freezes and the reason is that it downloads the printers with all old redirected numbers when in reality there is no need for them

Can you please change that it should only pick up the current redirected number the same like it is now by the print window by reports which shows only the current?

Which version of the software do you have. This was done a few months ago for sure.
