I want to have a message played to parents when they call the GPS System. How can I record it?

is it possible to customize per bus and/or per route.?

we want to use it when 1 of our buses GPS is not working or we rent a spare bus

the system then says no info on this route, the route probably didn't start, and parents think they still have time

then it would b beneficial to record a message for this bus that the route is on time, just the GPS won't work

Call in to your GPS System and while the welcome message is played click on the star button.

Enter you password provided by the GPS Support Team.

Follow the prompts to record the recording.

When you want to remove the message follow the same prompts and record an empty message.

Is there any way to do a TTS recording also? as all of our dispatchers are lady's and we want to use it for emergency's
