Add ability to move or duplicate an attachment to another student, family or member.

Question

It would be helpful to fix mis-filed attachments to be able to move them to the correct account. In rare cases we just need a duplicate on the other account.

Added. Unhide the code or student number column and click on the button. It will ask you to which account number or student number you want to move the record. Will display a message that it moved the record if you enter a valid account number or student number.
