Can I enter a CVV when charging a credit card?

A parent gave me a Gift Card to use for a payment. It was declined. He called the issuing company and was told that they require a CVV to be entered for use. I was told that there is no way to enter that in the JL processing.

you can process it directly in UsaEpay.

its not PCI complaint to store the security code.
