FOR SENDING WITH SMTP.

1) Click on Add Attachment and select the image from your computer.

2) Click in the Embed Column next to the attachment name. (If the file name has spaces it will change it for you to without spaces)

3) Click on Copy Code and paste the code in the HTML Code option wherever you want the picture to be.

4) Click on HTML option to see if the pictures is correctly placed.

FOR SENDING WITH OUTLOOK.

1) Click on the HTML option and put the cursor where you want the image to be added.

2) Choose from the menu Insert Image.

3) Fill out the dialog.

1) Click on Add Attachment and select the image from your computer. (Its best if the file name does not have any spaces. A few email providers will not display it correctly if there is a space.)

2) Click in the Embed Column next to the attachment name.

3) Click on HTML Code and Add the code to display the image in the email while in text mode. If for example the file name is 1.jpg you need to add the following code <img src="cid:1.jpg">

You can also set other img tags. For example Height and Width <img src="cid:1.jpg" height="530" width="410">

Please note we cannot support setting and designing HTML emails.

TEST BEFORE SENDING

Whats this error?

It cannot find the file when trying to attach. If the file is still there its most probably a user rights issue that the software is not allowed to access the file.

Embedded is meant to use when sending with SMTP. When sending with outlook just insert the image by paste, or by using the insert image menu.
