Question

How can I get a large printout with a map from my Shul Seating?

You need to design an excel sheet that has all your seats. By the place where you want we should put in the name put !SeatNum!  (Look on picture below)

 

 

We will replace it with the name. To use go to the Entries Screen and Seat Tab. Choose the Campaign in the drop down. Click on the Menu Update Excel Sheet for Current Campaign.

Choose the excel file that you have the map. It will make a copy of the file and replace all the names. You will get a message when its done.

Can you please add the account # to the map so it would be easier to change the seats if needed?

Is there a way to also get a type and value on the map (for exmp Class)?

Is  it possible for future use to have an option of names coming up in English (for the ladies' seats)?

Will add the option for next year to allow choosing which fields will come in.

Added. You can now choose which fields you want on the map. The default is FNameH & ' ' & LNameH.

To change create a global setting in administration with the name SeatsExcelMapFields and use any field from the members or seat table.

We have added a setting (07/13/2023) to change the text when exporting "Paid only".

The default is "X"
